Abstracts must be submitted via the congress website
http://www.hkcr.org/account.php/login on or before 31 July 2018.
Submission by post, email or fax will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be considered.
Authors are advised to submit the abstracts as early as possible since the system will be closed at 12:00am on 1 August 2018.
All abstracts must be typed in English. The body of the abstract, excluding author(s) and institution(s), is limited to 2,200 characters including spaces. Do not indent the paragraphs.
The abstract should be organized into the following paragraphs: Title; authors; institution; objective; materials and methods; results; conclusion. The presenting author should be underlined. Please omit degrees and qualifications.
Receipt of the submission will be acknowledged by e-mail; please contact the College Secretariat if this is not received within 1 week after submission.
The Scientific Subcommittee has the final decision on the acceptance of abstracts and session placement. The results will be notified in September 2018 via e-mail. Please contact the College Secretariat if the result is not received by the end of September 2018.
Accepted abstracts will be printed in the Programme Book only when the Presenting Author has registered and paid the registration fee in full by 30 September 2018.
Authors with accepted presentation should submit their MS PowerPoint presentation, saved in MS PowerPoint 2003 or later version, to the College office on or before 1 November 2018 by mail. This should be saved in a CD-R. Please do not send it through e-mail. Late arrival will not be accepted.
Owing to the tight schedule, presentation with private computer on site will not be entertained.
