The 3rd Joint Scientific Meeting of The Royal College of Radiologists & Hong Kong College of Radiologists and 17th Annual Scientific Meeting of Hong Kong College of Radiologists will be held on 31 October – 1 November 2009 (Saturday & Sunday) at the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building. You are cordially invited to submit abstracts for presentation in the proffered paper session and poster presentation.

Authors are required to submit abstracts in electronic format together with the abstract form, which can be downloaded from our College's website: http://www.hkcr.org. Photocopies and submission by fax will not be accepted. The form and abstract file should reach the College Secretariat, on or before 28th August 2009. For details, please refer to the notes on submission of abstracts in the abstract form.

Please be reminded that Registrants who wish to have their papers considered for The Best Original Paper for Journal of the Hong Kong College of Radiologists Award should also submit the full manuscript, in addition to the abstract, to the College Secretariat by14th September 2009. Please refer to “Instructions for Authors” for details of manuscript format. Participants who have submitted the abstract are strongly encouraged to submit the manuscript for this award.

Several Awards will be presented to the presenters of the best proffered paper presentations and best posters of different specialties. Please refer to the Abstract Form for details of eligibility of different awards.
