G.I. LYMPHOMA ( ENDOEXO ENTERIC FORM ) WITH COLO-ENTERIC FISTULA


Discussion:


Figure 1 Barium enema showed fistulous communications between sigmoid colon and terminal ileum.

Figure 2 & 3 CECT showed cavitating solid intraabdominal mass filled with GI contrast and air with matted bowel loops.

Figure 4 Colonoscopic biopsy confirmed malignant lymphom, diffuse large cell type. Resected speciment of matted bowel loops.
