Diagnosis:

Implantation Metastasis

Discussion:

CT scan shows an enhancing nodule in the left pectoris major muscle. There is also a heterogeneously enhancing mass with foci of calcifications in the left upper lobe with left upper lobe collapse. The left pulmonary artery is partly encased. The mostly likely diagnosis is implantation metastasis after biopsies of the left lung carcinoma. This diagnosis is confirmed by further biopsies in Hong Kong.
