Clinical History:


F/52, presented with abdominal pain and distension.

Diagnosis:


SmaLl bowel obstruction secondary to bezoar.


Discussion:


Figure 1 and 2 shows dilated small bowels proximal to an intraluminal mass with mottled appearance characteristic of bezoar
