Figure 1 The right hemithorax is small with normal radiodensity, right mediastinal shift and elevated right hemidiaphragm. There are reticular shadows in right side due to systemic collateral circulation from bronchial arteries.

Figure 2 IV digital subtraction angiogram shows absence of right pulmonary artery. There is only the main left pulmonary artery.

DIAGNOSIS :

Congenital absence of right pulmonary artery
