History

F/83 Abdominal pain and distension.
Figure 1 Abdominal radiograph - Diffuse irregular abdominal and pelvic calcifications.
Figure 2 CT Abdomen (contrast) - Huge abdominal and pelvic mass of soft tissue density and multiple dense irregular calcifications. Mass effect with displacement of bowel loops anteriorly and laterally; urinary bladder anteriorly.

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS :

Pseudomyxoma peritonei, ovarian mucinous cystadenoma/carcinoma, undifferentiated abdominal malignancy, hydrated cyst.

DIAGNOSIS :

Right ovary leiomyoma.
