Termination of Web-based Email Account of HKCR for members

RE: Termination of Web-based Email Account ofHong KongCollegeof Radiologists for members (@hkcr.org)
Hong Kong College of Radiologists has been providing the members with a free 500MB individual web-based email account (@hkcr.org). Over the past several years, it had been discovered that quite a number of email accounts were hacked and used for spreading spam mails.
For security reasons, we shall stop the email (@hkcr.org) service after 31 December 2014.
The College requests members' cooperation to update their email address for communication purposes. Please kindly complete and return the Database Information Update Form to the College Secretariat by mail, or by email to admin@hkcr.org, or by fax at (852) 2554 0739.
Please note that the College will communicate with members using the updated email address provided with immediate effect.
