NOTES

1. Please read Guidance Notes for Examination Applicants carefully before submitting an application.  This document contains important information to assist with submission of an acceptable application.
2. It is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure that their application has reached the Examinations Office by the published closing date. Late applications will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Cheque(s) for the Joint Examination for the Fellowship should be made payable to "Hong Kong College of Radiologists". Candidates wishing to have the option to attempt both parts (A and B) must submit two separate payments with their application form: one for the Joint Final (Part A) Examination and a second for the Joint Final (Part B) Examination (see above). Part B applications will only be processed if success is attained in Part A. The Joint FRCR Part A Examination cannot be taken on it's own. Those wanting only to take the Part A Examination must contact the Examinations Office at the Royal College of Radiologists.

For Joint Final (Part B) Examination, candidates should submit four passport-sized photographs with their application form.

Candidates achieving success in both parts of the examination will be expected to attend the Admission Ceremony.

7. The Royal College of Radiologists will additionally hold its own examinations as detailed below.

First FRCR Examination in Clinical Oncology Spring 2014 and Autumn 2014
Final FRCR Examination Part A in Clinical Oncology Spring 2014 and Autumn 2014
Final FRCR Examination Part B in Clinical Oncology                  Spring 2014 and Autumn 2014
It will be possible to sit the First FRCR Examination in Clinical Oncology and Part A of the Final FRCR Examination in Clinical Oncology in Hong Kong at both the Spring and Autumn 2014 sittings. Full details of all 2014 FRCR Examinations may be obtained from the Examinations Office at the Royal College of Radiologists, to whom applications must be submitted.
