Figure 1&4 CXR shows the heart is enlarged and the aortic knuckle is small. There is bilateral inferior ribs notching.

Figure 2&3 CECT shows the coarctation together with enlarged collateral vessels along the internal mammary arteries and in the axilla.

DIAGNOSIS :

Coarctation of the Aorta.
